Paolo Maliksi is an internationally-recognized coffee roasting instructor. He works with single and multi-layered coffee-focused businesses to develop strong systems of quality and consistency. Paolo’s recent work includes:

  • Planning to Execution of Roastery Buildouts

  • Working with Roasting Teams to develop a common language for QC

  • Working with FOH Barista teams to develop systems for optimum extraction

  • Auditing Workflow; Improve team efficiency.

Paolo is the owner of the US-based specialty brand Regalia and runs a collaborative roasting space in NYC called Multimodal.
